Perfect for rest and relaxation.

The size of the resort is just enough to be not overly crowded. There were enough activities to do especially the chocolate hour. Big bathroom and direct access from the ocean and pool area. They cleaned twice a day. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices of different cuisines. You get assigned a representative who can assist. They also have an app where you can check in ahead of time. We were taken care of and guided from airport to resort and back.

It's only accessible via seaplane which has a limit on the baggage allowance. We had to leave our diving gear at the airport as it was too heavy. Not a big deal though.

Just whenever there is a private dinner it’s always good to have some place to move the guests Because i felt like I wasted my money because it’s raining in the middle of dinner

Dream vacation with best personnel

Fantastic personnel, many of whom were from othee Maldivian islands. Always smiling, friendly and very professional. One truly felt they cared for you having a great time. Beautiful over water villas, great food in all restaurants. Beautiful housereef with sharks, turtles, fan tail rays and more. Great scuba diving close by.

Over water villas houses four persons (wherof 2 children). However there is only one double bed and you have to pay a lot extra for each extra bed.

I am really satisfied with this hotel. They have done an excellent job with environmental conservation throughout the entire area, and the whole island is exceptionally clean. Even the restrooms have no sand or water stains. The overall atmosphere of the island is incredibly relaxing. The staff's quality is also very high. They treat you not just as a customer but with great kindness, almost like a friend, taking care of you every day to provide the best service and experience. The food here is delicious, and the portions are generous. During meals, the staff continuously checks if the dishes suit your taste. Although I had reservations for some activities, they couldn't proceed due to weather conditions. However, the butler communicated with me earnestly to find alternative solutions, which made me feel truly well taken care of and considerate. The next time I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back to this island for a vacation!

An enjoyable memorable experience

The stay was started by the reception of the resort gracious, sincere and hospitable team. We stayed at one of the water villas. They were well designed. I like the idea of glass floor at the entrance. Seeing the water and the fish especially at night was interesting. The bedroom was well fitted and designed. The bed was very comfortable. The full size window and seeing the sunrise every morning in bed was beautiful start of the day. The bed lenin was so nice. The porch was nice and the pool was very good ( wished it was a little deeper). The ocean water was indescribable with the smooth water and the greenish emerald color. The spa treatments were excellent. The food was variant cuisines and tasty. It was an enjoyable memorable experience

The distance from the international airport is a negative especially the need to use air Taxi (seaplane) that stopped couple of times before reaching including deplaning for refueling!

An amazing experience!

The place is an untouched, pure heaven on earth and the pictures cannot depict the real beauty of it! The hotel is brand new, very very clear with nice modern-traditional design. We stayed at the sunset beach villa and one word can describe it-just WOW! The space,the bed,the bathroom, everything just perfect(no exaggeration at all). You step out on the sand and you walk on your private sunbeds, surrounded in wild nature. I think the best part of the hotel was the sunset villas,quiet and private,directly on a perfect beach. The staff is amazing! Special thanks to our host,Nabeel and some of the staff that took care of as as Anou,her husband and everyone, from room service, reception, buggy drivers had a smile on their face and made you feel like home. I should mention that booking caused a problem with our booking that was resolved from the hotel relatively quickly and effectively. The hotel is ideal for families, we were traveling with our little girl and she was treated with attention and kindness all the time! Special thanks for that!

A big distance from Male(and with 2 stops in between in other resorts) that was a total of 1:15 ,on our way there. In adittion to this,the seaplane was unable to land in the hotel’s jetty due to rough sea(strong winds),so we were left in a floating dock and a speadboat came to pick us up (keep that on mind). It was not a pleasant experience ,especially after 2 overnight flights,we were very tired and this got us totally But when you step in the resort you forget everything! Food price was ridiculously high in some cases,except fish and cocktails but 35 usd for a burger? I think that’s the case in every maldivian resort... Food was very nice overall,we had amazing lobster and some really great food in latitude restaurant. No big variety of food, there are only 3 restaurants (i guess for our 4 night stay was ok though)

The food was amazing in all restaurants and the in room dinning.

For more privacy do not take the sunshine ocean view, you will be in font of the activity zone and the boats dock. Also, be aware that some room service staff can surprise you inside your villa but others they call you when you do not answer the door to let you know they were nocking.

Staff members were to biggest part friendly and very helpful! The overwater villa was fabulous, we enjoyed it to the fullest! Sport trainer was great, appreciate this!

There are few things though we would like to highlight. 1. Half-board guests are required to pay 9 USD! for the coffee during the “chocolate hour”, although the coffee is free of charge during the breakfast, dinner and in the room. The way of dealing is not only hard to understand, but also makes a negative impression on the price politics. 2. There has been offered a possibility to do a trip to a lost island nearby and stay there for one hour without being distracted by anyone. The idea is great but the island was full of waste coming from the ocean (plastic bottles, shoes and etc). The stuff told us that not in advance, but right before the trip. We understand that the island doesn’t belong to anybody, but if you offer such a romantic experience for a high price (!), we would expect you to clean it. 3. By doing any kind of water sports we would appreciate some more assistance by the stuff members.

Awesome

Amazing over water villa, very specious and beautifully decorated. Fantastic buffet with lots of options, which varied every day. Especially the Indian cuisine was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The band at the buffet restaurant was extremely annoying as they played every night the same songs. We would have preferred to have no band at all. The standard of the fine dining restaurant was not that great.

Everything was beyond our expectations, hospitality, facilities, rooms, everything. One thing we which we absolutely loved was their hospitality. They just know how to pamper their guests in right way. Specially, Brian (the Restraurent Manager) was very polite and very generous.

Food quality can be improved. Also, spa can be improved, did not like the spa treatment much.

Had a good time there but I would not come back again.

We stayed in a water villa and it was amazing, huge, awesome views and very clean and comfortable. Nice restaurants but poor options (specially if you are vegan like us, not options available) I must say chefs are amazing they try to modify every dish for us so thank you for that, really. Staff is really the best part of this resort really friendly and always ready to help. The Atoll is far away from Male which is good as you can’t listening to any airplane and it makes you feel like you are really far away from everything and gives you that remote feeling. Reef is really beautiful and plenty of sea live. It’s a quite and beautiful place. We changed our date of arrival and they really accepted that change and were really happy to help for this. Reservations team works really good and quick.

Our butler Amy starts very enthusiastic but with the passing by of the days she ignored us completely. She looked really annoying every time we contacted her and of course not cooperative at all. Don’t make any excursion! they are really disappointing and very expensive. We made the dolphins and turtle experience tour and we couldn’t see any kind of them. I understand they are wild animals and these kind of thing could happen but the response of the manager was really disappointed and they didn’t offer solutions. You should make a discount in that case because we paid 400 $/couple for nothing. We realized after arriving back home from trip they blocked an huge amount of money from our credit card which you never mentioned or we don’t even authorized, we contacted manager and staff ( with the consecutive phone charged) and nobody could tell me who made that block, still waiting for them to reverse it after 15 days. The day of departure we had to take a boat to reach the seaplane back. that’s not the problem, it’s ok and a short ride but the point is nobody inform us. They told us to be at one time and after 10min of that time they inform us seaplane will be late, ok. Then, we realized because nobody told us about the boat trip. No issues but you should inform people.
